  • Deposits or advance payments are generally non-refundable, as they secure our time and resources.
  • If you cancel an engagement before work has commenced, we may, at our discretion, refund part of the deposit, less any administrative or preparation costs.

3. Overpayment or Duplicate Payments

  • If a client accidentally makes an overpayment or duplicate payment, we will promptly refund the excess amount or credit it toward future services.

4. Service Errors

  • If an error occurs on our part (e.g., billing mistake), we will investigate and, if applicable, issue a refund or credit to your account.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Third-Party Fees

  • Fees paid to third parties (such as SARS, CIPC, or software providers) are non-refundable, as we do not control these entities.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery. We will review your concern and work towards a fair resolution, which may include service adjustments or partial refunds where appropriate.
